1. About WorldQuestX

WorldQuestX is a platform that allows users to discover, create, and participate in location-based quests, challenges, and experiences around the world.

2. Eligibility

You must comply with all applicable laws while using WorldQuestX. If you are under the age required by your country to enter into legal agreements, you must have permission from a parent or legal guardian.

3. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account.

You agree to:

• Provide accurate information.
• Keep your login credentials secure.
• Notify us immediately if you believe your account has been compromised.

4. Premium Subscription

WorldQuestX offers optional Premium subscriptions.

Premium subscriptions:

• Renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current subscription period.
• Are charged through your Apple App Store or Google Play account.
• Can be managed and cancelled through your Apple ID or Google Play subscription settings.
• Any unused portion of a free trial, if offered, will be forfeited when purchasing a subscription.

Prices may vary by country and are displayed before purchase.

5. Payments

Payments are processed exclusively through Apple App Store or Google Play.

• WorldQuestX does not store your payment information.
• Refund requests are handled according to the policies of Apple or Google.

6. User Content

Users may create or upload quests, images, descriptions, comments, and other content.

You retain ownership of your content.

By submitting content, you grant WorldQuestX a worldwide, non-exclusive license to display, host, distribute, and promote that content within the service.

7. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

• Upload illegal or harmful content.
• Harass or threaten other users.
• Violate intellectual property rights.
• Attempt to interfere with the operation or security of WorldQuestX.
• Upload spam or misleading information.

Accounts violating these rules may be suspended or permanently removed.

8. User-Generated Content Moderation

• WorldQuestX reserves the right to review, remove, or disable any content that violates these Terms or applicable laws.
• Users can report inappropriate content directly within the app.

9. Intellectual Property

• All trademarks, logos, software, graphics, and content provided by WorldQuestX remain the property of WorldQuestX or its licensors.
• You may not copy or redistribute any part of the service without permission.

10. Availability

• We strive to provide uninterrupted service but cannot guarantee that WorldQuestX will always be available.
